很多老美都習慣每天吃維他命，在 costco 裡面一大堆有的沒有的維他命補給品，就知道他們的消耗量有多大了。
連sunny 前一陣子去看醫生檢查，醫生都還問我有沒有天天吃綜合維他命，害我回答的粉心虛。 可是吃維他命對 sunny 來說，真是一件痛苦的事情，因為像善存那種維他命都是好大一顆藥丸，而 sunny 吞藥丸的時候，都會自動施展特異功能 "鎖喉功"，讓我吞不下藥丸，常常搞得要丸都開始要融化了，不上不下的，噁心想吐得要命....
不過ㄌㄟ，這個情形，這幾個月來有了重大的改變了。因為，以往難吞的綜合維他命藥丸，竟然可以以好吃的軟糖形式出現!!!! 讓你好吃到一顆接一顆，越吃越順口!
小子吃 Costco 買的小朋友綜合維他命軟糖 (干貝熊) 已經好幾年了，幾個月前，突然發現架上出現了大人吃的維他命軟糖耶! 二話不說，先買一瓶回家吃吃看。

大人的維他命軟糖是做成 berry 的樣子 (也不知道算是哪一種莓的造型)，小小一顆。一瓶有兩百顆，理論上一天兩顆，可以吃一百天，結果不到一個月就吃完一瓶了耶!!!
因為真的好好吃喔 ~ 又不用喝水吞藥丸，隨時隨地都能吃。 sunny 放在床頭，每天總是忍不住就吃了三四個，然後還分給凱文先生一起吃，他也覺得好吃，所以很快就吃完了~
到現在吃了不到三個月，已經吃第四瓶了呢!
說真的，吃綜合維他命到底有沒有效，我真的不知道耶??? 也沒有特別覺得有什麼不一樣，可是光是維他命可以做到這麼好吃又容易入口，就值得給他大大推薦一番了。
反正吃維他命就當有吃有保佑，沒效就當好吃的零食吃囉，哈哈! 強力推薦給跟 sunny 一樣不愛吞維他命藥丸的人喔!!

好吃的大人軟糖維他命家族還有一系列相關產品， sunny 吃綜合維他命吃得很滿意，所以又上網訂了他們的維他命 C, 鈣軟糖，還有維他命B, 因為 costco 店裡只賣綜合的維他命軟糖而已，所以其他的都得上 costco 網站訂購，不但比較麻煩，不能立即取貨，而且加上運費之後，整個貴了許多。
收到的時候，差點沒傻眼，因為天氣超熱，一整瓶的維他命 C 軟糖竟然都融化了，變成一灘軟糖.... 所以ㄋㄟ sunny 不建議買。而且一般的維他命C 錠都能用含的，也不難吃，所以不必特別買軟糖形式的。
倒是維他命 B (Energy B) 還不錯喔，也粉好吃，而且重點是.... 它寄來的時候沒有被高溫融化..... 哈哈!
然後軟糖鈣ㄋㄟ，我就不愛吃了。它的口感沒有其他的維他命好吃，吃起來比較粉粉的會黏牙，比起來我寧願喝牛奶。
